Met at the Heavenward Lookout. She's 5'2" and 95.5 lbs., with an ID of 559536.
She knows thunderbolt, thunder wave, play rough, and ice fang.
She is named after wapiti, another word for North American elk (Cervus canadensis). During college, I spent a year searching for a glimpse of one on a wildlife refuge, following my curiosity to see how they might live their lives (and wildlife photography). On the day I finally saw one out in the distance, I also found a shiny luxray in Legends Arceus.
She's trans in PMD due to the nature of only male shinx being hero and partner options.
Her PMD design might resemble calicos, since there's no way to change her blue portrait to a shiny one, a calico could be a mix of blue, yellow, and black.
Her physical electric attacks resemble antlers, as a nod to her origins.
She is one of my best Pokemon in both games.
